Amaze will be holding an Autism in Women & Girls Forum on Friday 20th October, please find attached flyer for more details.

 

The forum is Ideal for:

  • Autistic women who want to connect with others
  • Parents of autistic girls wanting to learn more
  • Teachers and professionals wanting to hear the lived experience of autistic women  

 

The forum will cover:

  • Autistic women sharing their stories on childhood experiences, socially and at school, and their lives now
  • The challenges in getting an autism diagnosis, and the journey to acceptance and pride in their identity as autistic women
  • Practical tips for support and forming networks for autistic women and girls
  • Mother’s insights into parenting on the autism spectrum
